Hey everyone,
So I was browsing the forums and I came across a post that somebody listed and they were mentioning that you can now get a free domain name.
The website is called http://www.freedomain.tl.my/ or just Click Here.
Try typing in your web browser www.domainer.tl.my and watch what happens.
Guess how much I paid for www.domainer.my.tl ? That's right I paid zilch, nothing, FREE.
What's your thoughts on this free service and what do you think of the .tl.my extension? Did you register any .tl.my domain names??
Post your thoughts and .tl.my domain names you registered in the commentary section.
Have a GREAT one folks. :)

Four Letter .com Domain Names Currently Running On NamePros
Hey everyone,
It's getting close to the end of the week. I have had an EXTREMELY busy week and only had time to put up two postings (prior to this one) this week. I hope to add some more tips on domain names beginning next week. I have been VERY busy listing some of my MANY domain names up for sale all over the place and I have sold a couple of domain names in the past few weeks.
Right now I currently have up for auction some 4 letter .com domain names with a starting bid of ONLY $1.00 and the BUY IT NOW price of ONLY $40.00. In the same auction thread I have put up a couple of 2 and 3 word domain names with starting bids of ONLY $10.00 (the same price it would cost to register a domain name at most registrars) and BUY IT NOW of JUST $25.00.
To view the domain names I have for sale and to place a bid - Please Click Here For Auction.
To place a bid or to buy any of my domain names you will need to have a NamePros account which you can obtain by visiting www.namepros.com
Please post in the commentary section below or email me to info@domainer.me if you have any questions regarding my auction or signing up for a NamePros account. (please note that I am not affiliated with NamePros in any way other then just being a member on their site)
Thank you and happy bidding or happy buying it now. :)

Updating my blog along with NEW and IMPROVED ideas. A MUST READ!!
Once again today is Monday. If you have any domain names that you are trying to sell please feel free to post in the commentary section. For those readers that are new to my blog every Monday you can post domain names you are trying to sell in the commentary section along with an email or link where people can contact you. I will make a similar posting each week Monday so you can post in the commentary section.
Also I want to start something new. Sometimes I may have a domain name to give away free and other times I may have some GREAT deals on my domain names. Other times I will give you a couple hours warning when I might place some domain names up for auction. Auction will take place on my www.domainchat.me. If you would like to get on my emailing list please send me an email to contact@domainer.me along with your name and email address. (phone number is optional). Please note my emails may not be that professional. I don't know a word of html and I don't know much about maintaining a blog. This is all new to me and I am learning new things every single day. I will start sending out emails once I have enough people signed up. Emails may only be once or twice a week i don't want anyone to get annoyed or fed up.
For a list of all domain names I currently have for sale please send me an email to info@domainer.me
I am buying and selling domain names all the time and as I gain more and more experience with the buying and selling of domain names I will have more and more VALUABLE Domain names to offer and I repeat myself but I may list a FREE domain name every once in a while and the first person to respond will receive it or it might be a contest, we shall see. :-)
Please Note:
I know for a month or two I took off from posting on my blog. I am back once again and I plan to start updating my blog more frequently. Please let me know if there are any topics you would like for me to address. If you enjoy my blog please be kind enough to leave a comment letting me know. It makes it more enjoyable for me to know that there are actually people reading my blog and I am not just writing to thin air, lol. Even a one word sentence saying thanks lets me know that someone is ACTUALLY reading my blog. :-)
Also one of the reasons I stopped updating my blog for a while is because I ran out of topics (and tips and tricks) to discuss. I am willing to make with you a deal. If you have an AMAZING tip and you would like for me to put up a separate posting for it please email me to contact@domainer.me and if you include your name and a link to your website I will mention it along with the posting and it'll bring advertising to your website. Does that sound like a fair deal? Please comment in the commentary section. :-)
That's all for today folks. Speak with you again sometime a little later in the week. I want this posting to be up for the next couple of days so new readers can see it. Thank you.

Free Appraisal Trick, Free Appraisal Links, & Self Appraise Domain Names
Hey y'all. Sorry for the delay in updating my VERY interesting blog. :-)
I am currently working on many different projects relating to the domain industry so I don't always have time to update this ole' blog of mine. I know I keep posting how I want to start on a set schedule where each day I will cover a set topic and how I plan on soon listing almost expired or expired domain names. Before you start to get skeptical and think Mr. Domainer here is full of himself I plan on doing what I said I will do. I am just so caught up in so many different things I don't have any free time to write a good article or to keep to a set schedule. I just need a little more time to get experienced in the world of blogging and finish some other projects that I started. :)
Most normal people post in the day time but I guess I'm not your average everyday person so I will say that tonight I would like to share with you a couple of free links to free appraisal sites and to teach you a neat little trick. I can't remember if I figured out this trick myself or read it somewhere on the internet. Therefore I refuse to take any credit for this trick if it happens to be unearned.
Now let's get started.
I want you to visit this site:
https://www.certifiedofferservice.com/CertifiedOffer/offer/makeoffer.do?dom=myspacebritneyspears.com
Once on the site I want you to change (on your web browser where it shows the url) "myspacebritneyspears.com" and in it's place type in your domain name. If your domain name is www.wizardofsales.com (yes that's another website that I own, I'm being sneaky I'm advertising for myself, lol. By the way website is under construction so please click on where it says "Click for eBay Store") So if your domain name is "wizardofsales.com" Your link should now read https://www.certifiedofferservice.com/CertifiedOffer/offer/makeoffer.do?dom=wizardofsales.com
On the right side if you scroll down underneath that square box you will see where it says "Does THEWIZARDOFSALES.COM include the name of a product or service?" there is a drop down arrow. Choose the option that says "No or Don't Know." Choose that option and it will automatically take you to a new page and on there where show you your appraisal for your domain name. Apparently I have bad taste in domain names that I like because wizardofsales.com apparently is only worth between $410.00 - $720.00 USD, lol. (I chose this domain name for my website because it totally fits my enthusiastic personality - I have done sales all my life - now before you start thinking that I'm an old hag - I'm only 25 years young, lol - no insult to any old people I'm just making a corny joke)
The reason that I like this appraisal site (I'm not sure if this appraisal thing is supposed to be free or not so please someone let me know) is I find it to be quite accurate (once in a while, haha) (Just don't totally rely on these free appraisal sites - they are untrustworthy in my opinion)
For example try this. Now click back the back button to start over again and change the last part of the url and add the word "the" before "wizardofsales." Your url should now display this. https://www.certifiedofferservice.com/CertifiedOffer/offer/makeoffer.do?dom=thewizardofsales.com Follow the directions I previously posted and you should get this appraisal quote. Thewizardofsales.com $1,345.00 - $2,000.00
Let me begin by telling you that I have www.wizardofsales.com forwarded over to www.thewizardofsales.com. I have linked www.thewizardofsales.com to two websites and I have submitted the www.thewizardofsales.com to thousands of search engines and I have the domain name ranked with www.alexa.com So that is pretty much why thewizardofsales.com is appraised higher than wizardofsales.com. Normally a person would assume wizardofsales.com should be ranked higher because there are less characters and 3 words as opposed to four words but since I have taken all the trouble to advertise thewizardofsales instead of wizardofsales and because wizardofsales is forwarded over to thewizardofsales.com thewizardofsales.com is worth more. (Tip: If you have a domain name forwarded over to another domain name it usually hurts the ranking of the domain name that's being forwarded over in search rankings)
Now to be honest with you I'm not much of an optimist when it comes to appraisals whether free or not. My honest opinion is that a domain name is worth what people are willing to pay. I can have my domain name appraised to be worth a million dollars but if the most someone is willing to offer me is $10,000 then to me that's what my domain name is worth. Another reason why I'm not totally crazy about appraisals is because you can have your domain name appraised by 10 - 20 individuals or companies and each one will come back at you with a different appraisal amount. Everyone has their own methods or their own opinion what a domain name is worth. If it's killing you to get an overall idea of the max you can get for your domain name then either get several appraisals and then average it out or list your domain name at a high price and gradually decrease your price.
As far as appraisals go I kinda like that site (or should I say link) I just mentioned. Their appraisals are quite reasonable, they sound logical, and not a ridiculously crazy impossible amount. (well at least some times, not always, lol - still I wouldn't put my complete faith in these free appraisals or even a paid appraisal for that matter)
Either way here are some other free appraisal sites. (notice how each one will give you a different appraisal amount - before you start saying it's computer generated try asking different individuals opinion and see how each person comes back at a different amount - it' sorta like stocks each stockbroker will tell you to invest in a different stock - one person might think one stock is going up and another person will think that a different stock will make em the millions)

If you would like to learn another REALLY kool trick to discovering what people are willing to pay for your domain name(s) please check out a previous article I had written Tuesday, July 29, 2008. On the upper right hand corner of this blog you can search my blog. Type in "value of your domain name" and it will bring you to my previous post titled "Want An Idea For The Value Of Your Domain Name(s)." That's a neat little trick that I discovered by accident. I have posted all details on that post.

My Sincere Apology
Hi to all my new domainer fans.
I am sorry for not updating my new blog the past couple of days. I am actually working on some new articles and I am lQQking into some new ideas to make this blog the most exciting domain blog that exists out there on the web. :-)
I am open to any new suggestions or ideas. If you have any please email me to info@domainer.me or please write a comment in the commentary section.
One of the ideas I am trying to work on is to list a couple of FANTASTIC domain names that have either expired or just about to expire. If anyone out there has a website or has some special scripts on finding these AMAZING domain names please email me to info@domainer.me for more information. I am willing to work something out with you. :-)
Thank you all for understanding and I plan on updating this blog continuously starting in a couple of days from now.
P.S. I almost forgot. Thank you Dana for reminding me. Today is Monday. Please feel free to list any domain names that you have for sale in the commentary section along with a way for someone to contact you.

Up To 5 days To Cancel A Domain Name You Just Hand Registered
Did you know that you have 5 days to cancel and get refunded on a .com (not sure about other domain extensions as they may have their own policies) domain name you hand registered? (double check with your registrar beforehand, though ICAAN might be changing that policy in the near future)
Shhhhhh. Don't tell anyone that you found out about it from www.domainer.me It's a Domainer secret. :-D
UPDATE:
FM had posted this comment in the commentary section:
The new ICANN rule came into effect already on July 1st. According to the rule, your registrar is charged the ICANN fee (currently $0.20) for any domain, including those that are deleted in the 5 day "Add Grace Period" (AGP, first five days after registration).
Plus your registrar is under no obligation whatsoever to pass the ability to delete domains on to you, they are actually required to secure payment in advance though.
Hope this helps,
/FM
Thank you FM for notifying me. I called Go Daddy tonight and according to the person I spoke with, Go Daddy will still credit you back the 20cents ICANN fee. (Please don't hold me responsible so please just double check) The person at Go Daddy claimed that not every registrar will refund the fee but that they still do. I have just cancelled a domain name with Go Daddy and as soon as the refund shows up in my credit statement I will keep y'all posted if the refund including the ICAN fee did indeed show up.
Either way 20 cents is still a small price to pay for canceling a domain name you are not interested in keeping. Please remember that you only have 5 days to request a refund for a domain name because after that it's too late.

Go Daddy Promotional Codes
Good Morning y'all. It's time for another wonderful Tip of the Day with the "Domainer."
Today I'm just going to share with you a small tip as I'm currently working on a longer article that I'm going to share with you folks in a couple of days from now.
Let's discuss promotional discounts with Go Daddy today.
Ever order something on Go Daddy's website and you are taken to the checkout page and you notice it says "If you have a promo or source code enter it here?" You wish you had a coupon code even if it was to save $1.00 but unfortunately you don't. Well that is all about to change. :)
Listed here are a couple of links that will take you to other peoples websites with many Go Daddy coupon codes. Find the one that suites you best. (and of course a code that will actually work) For example did you know that entering the promo code "oyh3" will knock the price of a .com domain from $9.99 to $6.95? Yes it's 100% true.
If you know of a discount code(s) that is not listed on any of these links please feel free to post it in the commentary section. the good thing is if you have a link that you can post showing me where the Go Daddy codes are on your site I will add it to my post and hopefully it'll bring a bit more exposure to your website. Thank you!

100% FREE STUFF shipped right to your door.
Once a week I feel I will cover something non domain related to keep you entertained on my blog. I might normally make that special day Friday because it's the end of another boring dreary hardworking week and because it's the day that no one is sitting around thinking of doing any work. We all want to get outta our jobs and pack our bags and go on a weekend vacation.
I have an exciting topic I would like to address and that is receiving 100% legitimate stuff right to your door. Now before you start getting skeptical and groaning and saying what a bunch of crap, everything I'm writing here is 100% true.
There is this UNBELIEVABLE website run by one of the NICEST people. His name is Chris. (send him a compliment in the commentary section and tell him you found his website through kalmanizer's domainer.me blog - I promise I get no commission for it) The website is called http://www.freestufftimes.com and everything that Chris posts is 100% legitimate free stuff.
It works like this.....
You visit http://www.freestufftimes.com and then you click on one of the links that's displayed on his website and then you just put in your contact info and kaput that's it. I do recommend though (not using your own email address) signing up for a new email address just to receive the free stuff so you won't receive any other junk from these companies giving away the free offers. Some places insist that you give a telephone number. (giving my telephone number, only 3 times did a company actually call me) If you don't want to give out your number then I recommend you going to http://www.grandcentral.com or http://www.brring.com.
Tip 1: Use an autofill. Google Toolbar has one. Enter all your information in the autofill and click save so when entering a site offering a freebie, with a single click on the autofill button and it will enter all your stored information for you on the site you want to fill out.
Tip 2: Did you know that if you have T-mobile and you are signed up for the 5 free favorites that you can get free incoming minutes. That's right. It's true. All you have to do is sign up for a secondary number and add it to one of your 5 free favorites and then you tell people to call you on the secondary number and it will be considered as one of the 5 free favorites.
That's all for today folks. Back to the topic of domain names on Monday. :)

Google Alerts! What Are They & How Can I Benefit Off Them?
G' afernoon folks. It's time for another interesting lesson with the Domainer. :)
I was going to discuss how to to earn maximum revenue parking your domain names but I had a couple of requests to discuss Google Alerts so I have decided to switch topics and I will discuss parking companies and keywords another day.
Today's topic will be on Google Alerts. Now what the heck is Google Alerts and how is that going to benefit me in the domain business you ask. Well I'll tell ya. :) It works like this........
Say you want to find some more expired domain names or you want to read up on expired domain names. Google Alerts is a tool where you can enter in a keyword relevant to the info you want to receive. Now you can configure I believe for them to send you an email every day on the keywords you chose or once a week. Now each time you receive an email you will have helpful websites on the topics you chose. You might even receive an email with websites that actually have some free expired domain software for you to use.
You can find out more by visiting http://www.google.com/alerts
Here is a little something I like to do as well to build up some traffic to my blog.
As we all know my blog URL is www.domainer.me I like to sign up for Google Alerts on "Domain Names." (there is a also an option in Google Alerts if you would like to sign up for news, blogs, web, comprehensive, video, and groups. Choose the option that says "comprehensive" and your emails will consist of news, blogs, and web) Now everyday when I receive the Google Alerts I open it (Google Alerts shows a couple of links to websites much like making a search on Google only Google Alert links are based on specific topics that were just written that same day - totally new info) and I click on each link. I visit the website and if there is a commentary section I write something useful in there. Many websites will allow you to place a link in the commentary section. Now I'm building up some more traffic to my website. Be careful though. Don't just enter the commentary section and write "Hey I want you to visit my site" because most moderators will remove your comment or possibly ban you for spamming. Write something post related and then say if you want more information you can visit this and this site just and I repeat just don't write anything that sounds like you are spamming. Some places don't even allow links so if you write a comment make sure to right click and save your comment so you can use it on the next related website you visit.
Here's another quick example. Say I own the domain name www.myspacecountrymusic.com (which I actually own.) I want to build up some traffic on it so hopefully someone will buy my domain name one day. I signed up for Google alerts on "Country Music" Now today's story through Google Alerts is on the Country band called "Rascal Flatts." (I chose to mention that Country group because I believe most of you heard of them) I write my opinion and beliefs on Rascal Flatts followed by the comment "what Country Music needs is a www.myspacecountrymusic.com for all our Country Music needs." Now the moderators doesn't believe that I am spamming (heck they probably don't even think I own that domain name) and they will allow my comment to be posted along with that particular website URL. Remember don't add in "please visit my website www.myspacecountrymusic.com" or the moderator is just going to think that you are spamming and remove your comment.
Well that's all for today folks cya back here for another wonderful lesson tomorrow. :)

Want An Idea For The Value Of Your Domain Name(s)
Here is a little trick I discovered by accident and a quick phone call to TDNAM told me that it was 100% legal.
Say you're not ready to sell your domain name but you're just curious how much people are willing to spend or bid on it. You can go to www.tdnam.com (godaddy's auction aftermarket place) Signup for a new account (I believe it cost $5.00 for the year) Now you can place your domain name in a 7 day auction and let people bid on it. Now all the way up to the last minute you can click on the cancel button and your domain name will delete from the auction. The beauty of it is you're not obligated to sell. (make sure you remember to cancel the auction because if you don't and the auction ends then you're screwed)
Why TDNAM allows it is beyond me but they do.
REMEMBER!! These GREAT tips and more only at www.domainer.me
Question for you folks. Do you feel that it's kinda wrong to do this even though TDNAM gives the A+ ok? Please post in the commentary section. Thank you! :)

Small Tip Of The Day
I have added this new domain advertisement feature to my blog.
If you have anything new you want me to address or you need some FREE (don't we all LOVE free) advice on domain names or something related you go to www.domainchat.me and you can chat with me. (well that is if I happen to be on there. I don't have a set schedule yet.) You can also go the right side of the screen and you will see where it says www.domainchat.me (A place for domainers to chat with me) Underneath the rectangular blox click on where it says "full screen" and it will automatically take you to the chat.
Please if you become a fan of my blog please post in the commentary section. It will let me know that I am not talking to the four corners of my computer screen, lol.
Tip: You can get the same free goodie if you visit www.chatango.com - A GREAT way to attract new visitors to your site. You can create a title and advertise your website in the title and other users are able to find you on the site. Don't forget to add the html coding that chatango gives you or it won't display on your site or blog.
Please read the post right underneath this one. I came up with this unique idea for my site and I was hoping that you will enjoy it. I came up with this brainstorm after someone had asked me about a domain name that i had for sale. Please read below. Thanks!

Every Monday You Can List Your Domain Names For Sale In The Commentary Section
I would like to thank this WONDERFUL person Mike Mathews for giving me this new idea. Mike (thank you Mike) from tvdn.tv (don't forget to check out his domain names for sale site) had emailed me inquiring if domainer.me was for sale and that gave me the BRILLIANT idea to start what I am about to mention now......
I think I will make every Monday a day for you (my blog fans) to list any domain names that you may have for sale in the commentary section along with your email address so others may contact you should they be interested in any domain names you may be selling. I am NOT asking for any commission. At least for the time being. I do have to earn a salary though and I will do everything to prevent making any money off of you except for my domain names that I list for sale and for the Google ads displayed. ( I hate it when I work hard to sell my domain names only for a website to eat up most of my percentage in fees, don't you?) All I ask is that you be friendly and courteous. You may also ask others for advice on your domain names and see if others feel you have a hot seller domain name that may be worth thousands, maybe even millions. (If you have a domain name that is worth millions please don't forget me, lol, jk. :-D)
Please do me one favor. Every Monday will be the day to post your domain names and ask for friendly advice. (I need a catchy phrase for this specific category Monday post. Anybody have one?) Any other posts I have please don't list your domain names for sale (except for the Monday post) but you can always list your url or Company Name in any post I have so long you write something post related.
That's pretty much the only rules I have. I don't want my blog to be a boring blog and so I don't want to make too many strict and ridiculous rules. I don't even ask you to sign up and enter all of your information to post a comment because I know that it's such a pain in the neck.
I am thinking that on Tuesday I may discuss how to optimize your keywords on domain names that you own to earn maximum revenue on places where your domain names are parked. What do you (my blog fans) think?
Ok last thing. (I am soooo afraid of boring you to death with my long post) I have only been in the domain business for 2 yrs and I have made a REALLY nice profit but I do want you to know that no matter how experienced you (and I) are at domain names you (and I) can always learn something new and I hope you will teach me a thing or 2 just like I am teaching you. Nobody in this world knows everything about anything that they are good at. (I sure hope that that made sense.) Please feel free to berate me (hopefully in a nice manner) if you disagree with something that I wrote. I will publish all comments as long as they are not spam and the comments are domain related.
P.S. Of course please don't forget to add my website to your favorites because you don't want to miss out on any exciting topics that may be relevant to you. :-)

What Domain Topics Would People Like For Me To Address?
Hey folks,
Today is only my 3rd day owning a blog. I was thinking of making a schedule on specific topics and then each day of the week that specific topic would be addressed.
For example I was thinking that every Monday I might list a new and interesting website to list your domain names for sale. Maybe Tuesday I would list new domain names that I have for sale. Wednesday could be ideas on how to optimize your keywords to receive the best pay per clicks and so forth and so forth.....
I need some ideas on what topics people are interested in reading. There's no point in starting a topic that no one is interested in.
Email me for ideas at info@domainer.me
Please note the ideas I mentioned above for specific topics they are just ideas and I am not sure if I am going to address them or not. Let me know if you are interested. :)

Your Parking Company Not Paying You Enough In Pay Per Clicks?
Is the parking company that you are using now not paying you enough in pay per clicks. Are your domain names earning you VERY little in revenue while your parking company is making a fortune off of you? If you own at least 200 domain names or are making at least $200 in revenue you can apply for Sedo Pro. In order to apply you need a Sedo Pro member to give you an endorsement code. Please email me your full name and email address or if you would like more information you can also email me to info@domainer.com
You will earn a much bigger percentage of the revenue if your domain names are accepted into Sedo Pro.

I also have not been very steady in updating my blog. I plan to update my blog more frequently in the future once my blog has gone through a COMPLETE makeover.
Ok onto my topic.
I was over at www.dropdude.com reading Jason's blog. In case Jason and his site sound unfamiliar, Jason is one of those REALLY nice people in the domain business that keeps a domain blog and usually mentions on there about the different domain names he was able to successfully grab. Jason was mentioning how he has different domain names for sale on eBay. I took a lQQk and sure enought he had many domain names with starting bids of 99cents running on eBay. (go take a lQQk on his blog) I noticed that for the title on eBay all he pretty much wrote was the name of his domain name. Now you are probably wondering why I am mentioning this and here's why.
A word of advice to (and it might be helpful to others selling products other than just domain names) anyone selling domain names. Change your title in your eBay listing. No one is ever going to think to type in that exact domain name into ebay to find your listing. My title in my eBay listing usually something like this. "Domain Name whateverdomainnameis.com For 4 Sale." If someone types in the word “domain names” you will show up. The more keywords you use in your title the better the odds that someone will find you on eBay. I always add in the title the word “four” and the number “4″ so whether someone types in “domain names for sale” or “domain names 4 sale” I will show up when people are searching for domain names.
Now as you know the eBay fees are OUTRAGEOUS so here is what you can do if you want to try your luck selling on eBay. eBay has something called a Classified Listing. Classifieds Listings only cost $10.00 a month. Classified Listings can only be used for certain categories but in my honest and humble opinion I highly doubt most people (not all but most) ever even uses those categories to search for items. Put up a Classified Listing to sell all your domain names for sale. Cost is only $10.00 a month and that’s all. The person is responding to you through eBay but eBay has nothing else to do with your listing. The sale is done automatically through you and eBay gets no cuts of the profit you make. List all your domain names in the listing and if people are interested they will email you or they can call you should you choose to have a telephone number listed.
These are my own personal eBay strategies. If anyone knows of any other eBay strategies please be kind enough to share it with all us desperate domaines lQQking to make a buck or 2. (lol i'm kidding with the word desperate)
